Historic gaming brings history to life in St. Louis

Kevin Fitzpatrick, the director of the gaming alliance, says it was founded in the 1990s to support the hobby and educate the St. Louis community. For example, the alliance has partnered with St. Charles County Heritage Museum and the St. Charles Community College to use games to illustrate historical battles for museum attendees and students.
Yet, on the typical week, the games are chiefly for fun, and for forming connections.
