Reynolds weighs in on the current kerfuffle at Paizo

“There was a big push to keep producing more and more books without significantly increasing the number of people on the design/editing staff. The four-person editorial team had “homework” every weeknight–additional work they needed to do [at home, on their own time] in order to make sure the books came out on time. Editors worked over the 4th of July weekend. They worked over Christmas break. And because they were salaried, they weren’t paid extra for doing so.
